Hello Fellow Artists!

In case you are new here, my name is Robert A. Marzullo and I am an artist and online course instructor. I have been making art courses for almost a decade now and I enjoy helping artists all over the world realize their potential.

Over the years I have illustrated comic books, created 3D animations for television, been a storyboard artist, and created custom signs and graphics. I am also the author of the book, “Learn to Draw Action Heroes”. I was able to accomplish all this all by finding the right mentors, studying from art books, and tons of practice.

I am not a natural talent but rather someone that has always loved to draw and been intrigued by the pursuit of improving my skills. I have had to work hard for what I know and my art has transformed over the years because of it.

I want to share what I have learned over the years with you through my course content. It is my goal to help you develop your skills and reach your goals!

Everything Starts with the Sketch

In this course I will walk you though my process for developing ideas. The main purpose of this content is to show you how important the thumbnail and rough sketch stage can be.

It’s where the ideas and the energy come together. Don’t rush past it and don’t over perfect things too soon.

You will Learn to Draw with Basic Forms

Drawing with Basic Forms

This can make the drawing process much easier to do. Sometimes we overthink things and perceive drawing as an overly complex task. At first it can seem that way but it doesn’t need to stay that way.

Everything around us is comprised of basic shapes, we just have to learn to break things down and simplify them.

This course is designed for beginners and if you like my teaching style I would love to be your instructor for future content.

I hope you enjoy this course and you can share your work with me if you need any help or feedback along the way!

Keep drawing and keep having fun! 🙂
